Yes. We handle all types of waste except those that are considered hazardous waste. Special waste requires documents.

Atlantic Waste only picks-up household trash that is in your 96 Gallon cart. If you are a residential or Front-end customer we do not allow construction materials, appliances, pallets, tires, paint and large volumes hazardous chemicals in the containers . Also, please note, that we don’t pick-up any type of hot ashes or embers. They will burn your cart if you put them in it, and you will be charged for the cart. In the roll-off container, tires are not acceptable in the landfill and must go to a separate location. Please call for tire disposal.

We will never ask customers to setup payments with ACH or offer discounts for paying with ACH.

Chatham County does a once a week pick-up of yard trash. The date that this pick-up is varies upon your location. Call Chatham County General Information at 912-652-6840 to determine what your pick-up day is.

We prefer that you put your cart out the night before your pick-up. The houses at the beginning of our routes are picked-up fairly early, so this insures that your trash will be picked up.

Contact us and we are still in the area, we will come back. If not, there may be a small fee to come back.

Yes, we do! Just call our office and we will be happy to assist you.

We cover regular wear and tear on cart or on missing carts. We do not cover intentional damage (ex: damage from hot materials).

We pick-up on all holidays except for the day of Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. On these holidays your trash pick-up will be taken care of the day after your normal pick-up day. The days that are in the same week as the holiday will also be off by one day if they occur after the holiday itself. Your normal schedule will resume the next week.

Recycled materials should not be bagged but loosely placed in the container.

No. We offer single stream recycling for your ease. Just put all of your recyclables in your recycling cart, and you are done.

Yes! To pay your bill online just click –> HERE <–, and follow the prompts. You can also pay over the phone (with a credit card), stop by our office to pay, or set up an automatic payment plan with us.

We have two convenient ways for you to get your bill. We can either send it in the mail, or you can get e-bills from us. Either way, we try to get you your bill about 3 weeks before it is due.
